Privacy Policy for Savage MFer LLC

Effective date:  June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Savage MFer LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit https://mythandmountain.com (the "Site") or buy our products and services. We are a limited liability company registered in the State of Michigan.

If you have questions about this policy or your information, contact us at [email protected].

Information we collect

We collect the following personal information directly from you:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Shipping address

  • Phone number

  • Payment information (processed by our payment provider, see below)

We also collect more detailed personal information that you voluntarily provide when you respond to optional surveys and input forms offered to our existing customers. The information collected through these forms may include more personal responses beyond the basic contact details above. The specific categories of information collected through surveys should be confirmed and described in detail before publishing.

We also automatically collect certain information through tracking technologies when you use our Site, as described in the "Tracking and advertising" section below.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping physical products

  • Deliver digital products, audiobooks, ebooks, and coaching services

  • Communicate with you about your purchases and respond to your inquiries

  • Send marketing emails about our products and offers (you may opt out at any time, see below)

  • Operate, maintain, and improve our Site and services

  • Display and measure advertising

How we share your information

We share your information with third-party service providers who help us run our business. These include:

  • Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects and processes your card details directly. We do not store your full card numbers on our systems.

  • Bookfunnels.io, our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which stores customer and order information.

  • Acutrack, our fulfillment and print service, which receives shipping details needed to print and deliver physical books.

  • Meta (Facebook), through the Meta Pixel and our advertising activity, as described below.

We have not confirmed whether any of these activities count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law. This must be determined before publishing (see the California section and the gaps list).

We may also disclose your information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Tracking and advertising

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on our Site. This tool collects information about your activity on our Site and helps us run and measure advertising on Meta platforms. We run advertising through Meta Ads. We do not use Google Ads or, to our knowledge, Google Analytics.

Depending on your browser settings and applicable law, you may be able to limit or block certain tracking technologies.

Marketing emails

We send marketing emails to customers. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at [email protected]. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-marketing messages about your orders or account.

Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your choices

You can:

  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time

  • Contact us at [email protected] to ask about the information we hold about you

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. These may include the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

Because you use the Meta Pixel and run Meta advertising, whether your activities count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information under California law needs to be determined by your attorney, and the appropriate opt-out language and mechanism added. To exercise any California rights, contact us at [email protected].

Children's privacy

Our products and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
